🔐 Facebook User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users who signed up using Facebook Login can request the deletion of their data from ePloys.com.

📋 What Data We Store (via Facebook Login)

If you used Facebook to sign in to ePloys.com, we may store the following data:

  • Your public Facebook profile (name, email, profile picture)
  • Your Facebook user ID
  • Any linked freelancer or buyer account data on ePloys

We do not post to your Facebook timeline or access your private messages.

🗑️ How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from ePloys, please follow one of the methods below:


✅ Option 1: Automatic In-App Deletion

If you are logged in:

  1. Go to your Account Settings
  2. Click “Delete My Account”
  3. Confirm the deletion request

Your data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days


✅ Option 2: Manual Request via Email

If you are unable to log in, email us:

  • Subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request
  • To: support@eploys.com
  • Include: Your full name and the email linked to your Facebook account

We will manually process and confirm deletion within 7 business days.


🔐 Data Security & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Once deletion is completed:

  • Your account is permanently removed
  • All associated Facebook login data is erased
  • Your email and personal info are scrubbed from our servers

We comply with Facebook Platform Policies, GDPR, and international privacy standards.
