Creating a Safe, Respectful, and Productive Freelance Marketplace

At ePloys, we believe in building a thriving freelance community rooted in respect, transparency, professionalism, and mutual trust. These guidelines are here to help everyone understand the standards of behavior expected when using our platform—whether you're a buyer or a freelancer.

By using ePloys, you agree to follow these principles.


🌍 1. Respect Others

We welcome users from all backgrounds and regions. Treat every member of the ePloys community with respect, regardless of race, religion, nationality, gender, or experience level.

  • No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • No offensive or threatening language
  • No unwanted contact or spamming


🤝 2. Be Honest & Transparent

We expect all users to provide accurate information and behave with integrity.

  • Use real names and profile photos where required
  • Deliver only services you are qualified for
  • Clearly describe your gigs and expected timelines
  • Buyers must only place orders they intend to complete


🛡️ 3. Protect Privacy & Confidentiality

Respect the privacy of others. Sharing or requesting personal contact details (outside the platform) is discouraged unless necessary and permitted.

  • Do not post or share someone else’s private information
  • Do not ask for sensitive personal data without consent
  • Keep all communications on the platform whenever possible


🔒 4. Avoid Fraud & Misuse

ePloys has zero tolerance for fraudulent activities or misuse of the platform.

  • No fake reviews, ratings, or feedback manipulation
  • No misleading gig listings or bait-and-switch tactics
  • Do not request payment or delivery outside the platform
  • No use of copyrighted or stolen content


📄 5. Deliver Quality & On-Time Work

Freelancers should always aim for high-quality, timely delivery. Buyers should provide clear instructions and respect agreed-upon timelines.

  • Sellers: deliver what is promised, and revise if needed
  • Buyers: approve only when satisfied, and be fair in disputes


🚫 6. Prohibited Content & Services

Certain services and behaviors are strictly not allowed on ePloys.

  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Gambling or betting-related services
  • Fake documentation or illegal activities
  • Plagiarism, hacking, or unethical practices


⚖️ 7. Follow Local & International Laws

All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their respective countries. Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.



📢 8. Report Violations

We rely on our community to maintain a safe and healthy platform. If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:

  • Use the “Report” feature on user profiles or gig pages
  • Contact our Trust & Safety Team at: support@eploys.com

Reports are confidential and reviewed within 24–48 hours.


✅ Enforcement & Consequences

Breaking the guidelines may result in:

  • Warning or temporary account suspension
  • Removal of gigs or reviews
  • Permanent account ban for severe violations

We apply actions fairly and transparently based on our Terms of Service and investigation.
